Client Services Agent
What will your mission be?
Analyze credit applications from our dealers and affiliated merchants for the province of Quebec, Ontario and the Maritimes.
Among other things, the client services agent will:
- Process credit applications
- Proceed to the verification of income, trustee and others
- Perform the verification of documents, contracts and ensure their compliance
- Handle more complicated applications that significantly defer from established standards
- Be in constant communication with members of business development and dealers in dealerships
- Be open-minded and offer customer service focused on business development
- Bilingualism, written and spoken, is mandatory (English and French)
